WE ARE GETTING MARRIED

OUR STORY

Our story began with a picture and a request for Angela's number. Andrew texted on April 3, 2020, and from that first message, everything changed. Our conversations flowed easily, filled with laughter, honesty, and comfort. From the beginning, he was sincere and clear about his intentions to build a future together.

Our love started at a distance. For about four months, we built our connection through late night calls, long messages, and prayers, without meeting in person. We were always on video call, sending each other pictures and short videos of our daily lives just so it felt like we were together. When we finally met, it felt natural, as if our hearts already knew each other. We knew this was more than chance, it was something God had prepared.

Even while apart, we learned how to communicate, support each other, and grow together. Distance taught us patience, trust, and the value of choosing each other every day, even when it wasn’t easy. Those early months built a strong foundation for everything that followed.

Our journey has not been perfect, but God has been our anchor, teaching us how to forgive, grow, and choose each other. Today, we are best friends and partners, walking forward in love and faith. What began with a simple message has become a lifetime promise, and now we step into marriage with grateful hearts and God at the center of it all.

WHERE IS THE WEDDING TAKING PLACE?

The wedding will be held in Ogbomoso, Nigeria, with all events taking place at selected venues within the city. We'll provide a full event address list, transport details, and location pins closer to the date.

HOW DO I GET INTO THE VENUE?

To gain entry to the venue, an access pass is required. Please ensure you have your access pass with you. We will ensure every guest receives one before the event, security will be checking at the entrance.

WHAT'S THE DRESS CODE FOR GUESTS?

I'M COMING FROM OUTSIDE OGBOMOSO/NIGERIA - WHAT SHOULD I KNOW?

We're so honoured! Please plan your travel and accommodation early. Ogbomoso is a vibrant busy city, so arriving a day or two before is highly recommended. We'll share helpful travel tips and a guide closer to the date.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

We recommend booking accomodation early, as availability may be limited. There are several hotels and apartments nearby, you can let us know if you need any recommendations.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We kindly ask that guests arrive 30 minutes early for each event to help us stay on schedule.

CAN I BRING A GIFT?

Your presence is the best gift! But for those who wish to bless us further, a thoughtful present or a monetary gift is always appreciated. Please feel free to ask for any details if needed.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS?

Absolutely, just respectfully! We'll have professional photographers covering the day, but feel free to capture memories.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

Yes, kids are welcome! please make sure they are supervised and follow any guidelines during the ceremony. Please let us know in your RSVP how many you'll bring so we can plan accordingly.

WHAT'S THE AFTER PARTY LIKE?

Laid-back vibes with music, dancing, and fun till late. No strict dress code, come in glam or comfy partywear, but come ready to dance!
